Get to know your nervous system and learn body-based techniques for addressing and relieving symptoms of depression and anxiety. Sessions will be educational and experiential and will feature guided exercises to facilitate increased balance, harmony, and flow in the body-mind continuum.

This is a pilot offering, free of charge and open to all. Participants are welcome to drop in for one session or join for all three. Please note: this is not a process group. We will not discuss content/stories but rather will focus on sensations, imagery, and emotions as they arise through practicing with awareness of the body.
